    BF estimate and opinions

I have been lifting for 8 months, gained about 20lbs so far. haven't seen an increase in bf too much, abs are still visible. i'm really satisfied with my gains. started at a little below 160, this is me probably about 175. I'm 5'11. my end goal is to be at 190, around 8%. I planned on trying to bulk through the winter for the next few months and cut for 2 months before the summer starts.

can someone estimate by bodyfat %? also, what are some noticeable weak points in my physique? i know my chest isn't the greatest, i'm working on bringing that up soon.

Hold two heavy shopping bags for 20mins, traps will burn like hell. Same principle with deadlifts. Muscles of upper back are getting worked isometrically by holding a heavy ass weight.

My guess is bf just over 10%
