Tell me OP, is the bar touching your chest on every rep? Because the bench press stat is a little hard to believe.
I feel kinda bad for the OP. Hopefully a decent portion of your hips are fat otherwise you're looking at some seriously wide hips which you can't do much about.
...also I don't know if it has been mentioned, but you may have gyno.

Don't. Especially not with your RC joint history. And for the record, if you don't touch your chest with the bar, don't tell the internet about how much you can bench. That last inch or two can make a 50 lb difference.
Finally, what you should be doing is dieting off that fat and benching with dumbbells.

take it from someone who knows it can develop even in your 20's, theres 2 types tho, one type is fat gyno where you have a high BF %% and it just looks like gyno, the other is actually the gland thats grown and unless you catch it early enough theres no option other than surgery. you know your own body though.
personally i would cut and try to lower your BF if you want to get rid of the hips

waist is huge, leg is kind of fatty and huge. Back looks ok, traps looking good.
lifts more than 255 for 10 reps? is ur ROM 1inch? maybe you have high bodyfat so it's hard to see the muscle, u just look a lot weaker than ur supposed to be.Dymatize ISO-100 protein: 25g protein, 1 carb, 0 fat, 0 lactose, 0 sugar

Went to gym this AM, took another pic.
I think you guys are mid interpreting shadows for gyno. Here's another pic and I seriously don't see it. I see 6/10 pecs with nice definition down the center. Idk what the lines called.
And I don't think I'm great. My lifts sucks. That's why I'm here asking for help and all I get is stupid gyno/10 posts har har har. I'm 24 and live in the real world. In the real world it doesn't matter if your BP 100lbs or 400lb. If your going to the gym and trying your more dedicated and proactive with your health than 70% of the population. Think I make fun of the fat guy in my gym doing body weight curls or half reps? **** NO I'm like "I'm glad that ****er is here doing something, go mother****er go"...
Here's last pic and again I don't see it.
And again for those of you who can't read I do 3/4 rom because of a shoulder injury and its comfortable for me at that percent. Anymore and my shoulder kills me for a week. With that said why the hell wouldn't I do 3/4 rom? I don't think greasing the groove and faking it till you make it applies in injuries caused by high speed collisions. I may be way off here however. And subjectively a 255 half to three quarter rom BP for ME is better than anything LESS. Quit comparing me to you. I am not you. Compare me to how much weaker I could be
