Please help, I am trying everything to gain weight but it seems I keep losing weight instead. I workout 5 times a week, eat like a pig(except for your typical fast food meals) , keep cardio to 15 minutes on the treadmill for 5 days and I seem to still be losing weight..I have considered weight gainers and wanted to see if anyone knew the best selling one in the market that doesn't have a lot of fat content but plenty of protein. What would you recommend? What is the best out there? I need to get as big as a cow..any advice would help. Thanks so much! ;-)

If you want to get big like cow, you must mimic the cow's diet.
First you'll want to forage for as much as you can, find the best and greenest grass available. Take in plenty of grain and hay, maybe even some alfalfa if available.Psych & handcuffs

up your calorie intake. If your eating a lot then you must not be eating calorie dense foods. A gainer can be beneficial but you should figure out your bulking macros and see how many macros your consuming a day. Try to teak your diet around to hit your daily needs. Head to the nutrition section and read the stickies for more information
