Im doing 1 scoop intra workout. Need suggestions on how much water to have with this because flavor was kinda strange. Tried around 8floz then added more when I started working out...Has 28 servings and I workout 4 days a week so this should last a while, which is pretty good

Tuesday:legs
wednesday: off
thursday:shoulders
friday:back/triceps

Mixability is good. I use the bb.com blue bottle with ice, throw 1 scoop in there and just shake it a little and it was fine.

I see myself pushing harder now staying at the gym a litter longer, not wanting to leave.

Some complaining on flavor, but there will be an updated version. I have just been adding more water makes it better.

one of the requirements for this logging opp was to update at least 3x a week bro it's been over 10 days and no update appeared until the announcement of the new tubs being sent to loggers , there will not be a 2nd tub sent to you because u haven't attempted to run a decent log of the product like the others, while I realize there were flavoring issues you haven't contacted myself or one of our reps with a reason not to update

Did shoulders yesterday, went up in weight on DB shoulder press. I am starting to say f*ck it and try the heavier weight and I am actually putting up that weight.

The first time I wore the Pure Amino shirt I received comments at the gym. So people around in my gym"circle" have been awared on this product and I think their jelly of the shirt

Today I am going to do back and triceps so stay tuned

Today did back and triceps, drank most of Pure Amino after working out back to get me through triceps.

3 sets of pull-ups to failure
low row 3 sets (12-10-8)
lat pull down (12-10-8)
high row (12-10-8)

tricep straight bar (15-10-8)
v-bar (12-10-8)
extension machine (12-10-8)
left tricep arm pushdown (15-10-8) (left arm smaller since elbow procedure 2 years ago so I have been doing 1 more exercise for left arm)

3 sets on ab machine (15-12-10)

bulk. bulking straight through summer, idc about my bf% this summer. I am basically just focusing on packing on as much mass before cutting next year.
