Finally received my product from TSN! In this log, I will be taking this product before my workout, and during my workout.
STATS
Age: 19
Height: 5'10"
Current Weight: 178lbs
Lifting for: 1.5 years
I am currently bulking, I'm aiming for 4000 calories a day. I track my daily macros from MyFitnessPal (app)
Current Training Split
DAY 1: Back/Biceps
DAY 2: Chest
DAY 3: Legs
DAY 4: Shoulders/Triceps
REPEAT...
^On some days I also throw in abs, and forearms.
Thoughts on the Product
I took my first two servings today, and I must say TSN did really well on there watermelon flavour! My energy in the gym was fairly good, I will be taking this instead of pre workout, because of the 150mg of caffeine in the product. This product also contains Astravar, which helps with pumps, I noticed today my lats felt a little more fuller which was pretty cool! It has a 3:1:1 ratio (instant L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine)

Ok so I just finished up my chest workout, it was ok... But I got a really bad headeak after my first exercise, I've always have gotten headeaks, so I'm sure it wasn't from the BCAA's... Anyways, I had good energy for my first few exercises, I even set a PR!

Looks like you fought hard tthrough the headache. ..... why do you get them?
I have struggled with headaches for years. Used to be related to my teeth... but braces fixed that. Now i am convinced that my headaches are directly related to caffeine consumption

I had a pretty good workout today. Took my BCAA's before, and during my workout, they tasted great! Kept me feeling refreshed and energized, I didn't get a headeak today, which is good to know it probably wasn't from the product! Tomorrow is shoulders/triceps my favourite! Haha

Nice sessions here bro! Too bad on the headaches man, I can relate, was in a bad car accident, bad concussion and shattered face so I get everything from sinus to just bad headaches. Glad to see you were able to work through it! Keep up the hard work here

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been able to log the past 2 days... I've been really busy, anyways. I had an awesome chest workout today, I felt really strong on barbell bench today, I've been starting with it the past few weeks, because I want to get more weight up. Today I hit a solid PR of 225x2!! Felt great finally having 2 plates aside on bench!
I took 2.5 servings today of my BCAAs and I think that's what gave me the energy today for my two PRs, I'm feeling less sore in the mornings as well. Definitely going to pick up a bottle when I'm all out!Lift, Laugh and Love

Another great workout bro! I used to do back biceps on the same day too and really like it.... a few months back i switched to one muscle group per day, train 5 days a week.... but i've been considering going back to a 3/4 days per week.
What do you think?
