Hey I've been working out nearly 5 months, I was deathly skinny with no muscle at all (still don't have that much) but just wondering do you think if I cut i would be a little more defined or is there anything there at all ?
I've been doing SS and 300 calories over maintenance, lifts have gone up and have gained about 18lbs in nearly 5 months which some is fat/water (I'll try upload an old pic later if it helps) always had a little belly fat from sitting round all day but extremely skinny everywhere else so my question is I always kinda liked the lean/muscular look and do you think if I cut I could achieve even a little more definition ? Sorry for poor quality pics but I hope It'll give an idea, Thanks guys
