That is such a meaningless question without the details (if you aren't doing pre-written beginners programs, I'll assume you've been doing this long enough to know what the details are).

It's like going into the doctors office and saying 'I don't feel good. What's wrong with me'. Well, how about a little more information so we can figure it out?

3 heavy presses 1 flye movement. 1 heavy compound chest/tri move like close grip bench or weighted dips then 2 concentrated exercises.
Thats my standard system on a chest/ tri workout.

My workout right now has too many exercises per body part and i want to lift heavier less exercises and less reps to get bigger and stronger. Right now im doing 5-6 exercises per body part and think its too much from what i read. Just wondering a good routine for chest and tri day. Like maybe go bench press 5x5 for 80-85% 1rm. Inline press, dumbbell fly, incline dumbbell fly. Or should i do something different? Looking advice on reps for each exercise. Also looking for a good back/bi workout and a shoulder/legs workout

    Try this:

    Flat Bench Press 3 x 4-6
    Incline Bench Press 2 x 4-6
    Weighted Dips 2 x 4-6
    Lying Triceps Extensions 3 x 4-6
    Pushdowns 2 x 4-6

Use heavy weight. Do a few warm-up sets before the first exercise.

Every set to concentric failure, full range of motion, a bit of loose form is acceptable.
