Had just finished curls and was sitting on the bench watching the wife squat when she looked over amd asked when did your arms get so big. I dont know she what she is talking about, they still look the same to me, infact I was kinda feeling down cause they look little to me. She had a fit to take a few pics, so I figured I'd put them here for some of your opinions.

laya1125 if you mean before as in before I lost weight? Here is a vid I found looking threw my photobucket stuff of me trying to get my release right on my compound bow I was easily 330+ at the time.

Thanks minus the forearms I do notice the difference. Its wild to hold my arms out and wiggle my fingers and see everything in the forearm moving around.Started at 328lbs

well for me do i walk around all day pumped up? i like seeing a real development in my muscle to the point that if anyone at any time during the day asked me to tense i still look good, thats what im aiming for anyway...sure you can pump and youll look bigger and more vascular maybe ill take a pic pumped see what i look like!

Didnt forget to take a better pic for oppenions, just been a crazy last few days. I did get to take a cold measurement and got 17 1/16" I know there is some fat in there about to go back on a major cut, but kinda iffy on the diet lately and looking at that vid from last summer makes me sick that I actually thought that was an ok way to be. The more I look I think there is some decent size in there though, can deff see where the tricepts start on the outside. I will get some different pics soon see what you guys think.
