I've decided after much thought that I'm going to cut. Many people recommended that I bulk because it looks like I don't have much muscle under all my fat. What most people don't know is I been lifting for awhile and I'm pretty sure have enough muscle under there to go for my first cut at least. I want to enjoy my summer ripped or close to it , not as a fat ass. I'm going to still train hard these next 5 months and I'm going to try IF. I will post pics every week or so. BF% estimate if possible? I'm trying to go for 10% bf or below. Also I'm not sure if my abs are developed enough but ill be training them hard for the next 5 months I think my strong points are my traps and quads maybe? Thanks for any input critique and support.
