Seth, great to have you posting, how's training going?

Also how was the whole Kimbo fight experience? Must have been a rollercoaster from being a last min replacement to getting the KO, bet it was a crazy 24 hours afterward!

training is great! im down at the jaco training center now with rashad evans, overeem, mat mitrione.

i got the call 1 hour before my original fight was supposed to happen. it was a roller coaster of emotions!! i had to have the police escort me out of biulding case of death threats!!

Sweet, in on first page... You're here promoting supplements? That's cool, gotta get paid, I'm sure the inside scoop you have will be appreciated by the aspiring martial artists here...

... So my question, does fighting in the UFC down the ladder actually pay decent? say for a guy who makes $5000 showing fee, by time sponsorships are all said and done, could you actually support yourself or would you need another job?

man its rough to live off 5g show and 5g win. at that point ur prob only making 5-8g in sponsor money. its enough to live on as long as ur fighting 3x a year

Awesome! Crazy about the death threats though? You speak to Kimbo after? How was he?

Awesome training partners, who gives you the toughest time in sparring? Bet reems just a beast to spar against!

reem is tough, he is just so big and fast!!! anthoney rumble johnson is real good too, he gives me tough sparring!!

that guy that drops aj is a bad ass...hes one of the toughest guys i have ever gone with. he fights for strikeforce...i should know his name but im drawing a blank!!

a little lighter than that...230ish

i usually train 2x a day. one example day is monday.....i do what i call the silverbacksmash its a tough 8, 6min rounds of sprinting on treadmill for 1min at 8speed and 8 incline with 2, 30secs (1 min total) either (battle ropes, pushup row, tireflip, sledge hammer..etc). once i get to 6 min i take a min rest and repeat!!! then at night its 8 rounds of hard sparring.
