I've been lifting since July 2011.
The first picture is from when i started my first bulk in November 2011 (80kg/176ibs), the second is from the end of that initial bulk(89kg/196ibs), after which I cut down to 82kg/180ibs.
In July of this year I started my second bulk, aiming to gain 1kg/2.2ibs a month based upon morning weight. I'm currently mid-bulk at 88kg/194ibs morning weight, and hope to reach at least 92kg/202ibs before i cut again. The final picture is where i'm at now.
I realise the pictures aren't synonymous, nor do they depict the progress of my legs, but i would appreciate (constructive) criticism on my current position.
