I figured a slow day at work and my respect for a great formula deserves a nice little LeDrew review here

It's been awhile, but here goes...


Impressed... make that VERY impressed!

That's a good way to start when reviewing a product with a formula like Domination Fierce from the good folks as SAN. People like Matt Boldt.

Mind you, there's nothing exceptionally groundbreaking to be found here if you're like me and keep up to date with the latest and greatest sports nutrition ergogenic ingredients... BUT when you consider what the industry has to offer and the popularity of high stim concentrates, it really is pretty exciting to see so many proven ingredients, in mostly non-prop. listed amounts per serving. You also get 40 servings each containing 16.5g of actives on the label with ingredients such as 3 top forms of creatine, carnosyn beta-alanine, L-citrulline malate, LCLT, taurine, tyrosine, agmatine, dmae, theanine, etc... impressive!

Even the prop-blend Endurlac Intra-Cellular Plasma Matrix appears impressively dosed. If I were to break down the 6.75g matrix my best guess would be something like this: 2g Taurine, 1g Glucuronolactone, 1g Beta-alanine, 1g L-Aspartic acid, 1g L-Tyrosine, 450mg DMAE, 250mg Caffeine and 50mg theanine. So even these ingredients I am guessing are all adequately dosed which is a very rare feat in this industry of fluff and hype hidden behind prop. blends and concentrates. Much Kudos SAN as this is the kind of thing I have been pushing for since joining bb.com. I'm proud to support these kinds of products and companies.

My experiences with Fierce Domination:

10/10 Taste: Wicked Watermelon. Definitely LOVE this as I usually enjoy watermelon, but there's something about the smell and taste of this that makes it standout. It's honestly addicting to me.. so good I want to eat it! One of my favorites if not favorite tasting pre-workout ever.

8.5/10 Energy/Focus: Actually find it quite good in this regard with the theanine likely assisting in the smoother feel of it. I am very stim (caffeine) tolerant these days so I personally might feel it better/stronger at 1.5 scoops as I think a little more caffeine might actually be needed for me at this point for the higher score. For a newbie though 1 scoop is likely more than enough. The tyrosine and dmae likely play a good role in the overall feel as well and to prevent some form of crash or CNS burnout perhaps.

9.5/10 PuMp: Great pump effects and I am not surprised with the formula as it is. I might like a little more dosing on a couple things, but put together the synergy adds up nicely. I am not sure how much nitrates in here with creatine nitrate at the last of the 3 creatines.

9.5 Strength/Performance: I have had a few great workouts and strength was always great when using this. There's lots of efficacious dosings of creatine and beta-alanine, etc... to push the body to be bigger, stronger and faster which is my goals.

10/10 Overall: This is easily one of the best pre-workouts on the market and deserving of top grade, everything considered. I have in my rotation at the moment and currently usually use Craze and Xpand2X. No I don't think it is actually perfect but it's way up there. It's also a great value with so many good actives in a 40 serving tub. I would love to know the exact creatine dosings and I personally would prefer 1g of each as I think that would be plenty for each creatine when used regularly and ingested at once because you can only absorb so much at once anyways... a 1g dose of creatine hcl and nitrate would be nice to get as well. If one decided to go to 1.25 or 1.5 servings to get some extra of the other stuff then they would get that excessively higher creatine dose.


I have more tubs on the way and looking forward to trying the fruit punch. I just heard they have a blue raspberry which might be the best tasting yet as well.


Bottom line: Great bang for buck product worth picking up without question. It's kind of like 2 great products in the 1.
