Hello everyone. I'm 15 And I've been lifting for almost 6 months. I work so hard in the gym I want to pass out. I started out really skinnyfat. No muscle mass at all with very high bf. I have increased all my lifts drastically and feel stronger/healthier. I am proud of myself for that. But none of it matters because I look like Absolute chit. As I said I started with high bf no muscle. If I cut I would have been auschwitz mode. So I bulked to where I am now. Since I already had a lot of fat on me I kept it along with adding muscle. Now I'm a fat kunt and everyone on this forum makes sure I know it. I've decided I need to cut lest I become even worse. Since I am a busy person I won't be able to track every phucking macro I eat. I'll just have to wing it. I'll have to eat less than I do now and cleaner and hope its right. This means ill be cutting inefficiently and losing a lot of muscle, thus nullifying all the hard phucking work I put in to get the muscle in the first place. I feel like i will end up a skinny dyel ******* which is the exact opposite of what I want to achieve. I feel completely out of control. This is not at all what I expected..

youre 15. stfu nothing is hopeless
edit: youre probably entering a growth spurt, so any gain you get will not appear due to your vertical length. Just keep at it kid
If i knew about bb.com at 15 i woulda been JACKED atm (im 18)
Understand youre one of the few that actually lift so young, stick to it and by 20 (where bodies actually matter) youll score so many bishes itll be unreal
