On August 30th I decided to change my life around
was 155 lbs and skinny fat, my goal is to gain a decent amount of muscle and get lean before June of 2013.
Here are some pictures of my journey so far.
First 3 months were used strictly to perfect my diet/cardio to lose weight, no weight lifting. Dropped from 155 lbs to 142 lbs.
3-5 months were lifting. Currently up to 157 lbs.
this past month I've been trying to perfect a new workout program (incorporating more than just bench/deadlift/squat) so my gains seem pretty small imo, while I work out the kinks
