I told him to NOT touch the ****ing bar unless I asked and of course he had to piss me off...ah well I know I could get more next time and will get a vid without anyone touching the bar, and if they do you'll see a vid of me smashing someone's face into the bb repeatedly lol.
EDIT: I think I have problems, I can't watch the vid without wanting to break something because of him thinking I need help and touching bar, mother ****er.

Based on the monster bounce, I'd give you 300 with a pause. Maybe. With a good heave, I can put up 475, with a pause my best lifts are only 455 in the gym and 435 in competition. And that's with years of experience competing, not relying on it for every lift. Arch could use some work too, you plant your feet like you're going to get a huge arch, then just kind of lay down flat. Get your hands on the bar and push your shoulders down the bench toward your butt.
