Looks like he has problems with controlling his stomach and he is clearly lacking mass on the legs.

In the first pic, his waist is great but in the FDB on stage his gut and waist appear way bigger.

I don't think his legs are lagging, exactly. Or at least not in a way that he can fix. He just has that genetic shape where there's not much quad mass near the knees.
