I'm looking for a workout partner to help keep me on schedule. Over the years I've found that I'm more likely to stick with a workout plan/schedule if I know someone is depending on me showing up. I figure we could learn something new from each other as well.
My target workout time is about 5PM M-F; however, I'm open to hitting the gym first thing in the AM (0600?) too. I'm not a stranger to the gym, but I must admit my age is starting to catch up with me. I just need to get back on track and figure it would help if I had a "wing man" to do it with.
I'm not looking to simply lose weight, but definitely want to improve body composition and performance. I'm 5'7", 200lbs, and not afraid of the squat rack.
