Hey TBB, names Edward Su.
I've been training seriously for around 12 months, and would love your opinion on my transformation. I was a typical lanky asian with minimal muscle mass and like everyone else.... All I wanted was big arms, a huge chest and abs. I started off with a pair of old, rusty dumbbells at home, following "Sixpackshortcuts" and "Scooby's" home workouts. As my knowledge progressed, I became more competent and educated in terms of nutrition and exercises, although my form may never be perfect, I always aim to learn from my inaccuracies.
Critique and advice on what parts i should focus on first, to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing look would be extremely helpful and appreciated. I am currently on a PULL/LEGS/PUSH split and train 4 days a week at my local gym.
Thanks

Thanks bro, and i've noticed my shoulders are kinda lagging, but it's not really in my control :/
I don't want to do OHP, supposedly, it'll compress my spine, thus damaging growth plates in my back, therefore stunts my growth...
That's why i dont have a major compound movement for my delts. Currently, im doing upright rows, but im feeling it more in my traps that anteriors... so.. :/
Any other exercise i could do?
