I am new to the world of supplements.... I've taken mp assault, and of course protein, but that's about it. My main goal is weight loss as well as light lifting, I would like to lose weight before I start a heavy lifting program. I just purchased muscle pharm CLA core, and I was wondering if there was something I could take that with that would help with weight loss.

Should return it and save your money. Calorie deficit and hard training will give you weight loss. If you want a real fat burner go for oxy pro w/ 1 3, ergo, lean xtreme, and etc. Those are just some popular ones.

I love MP but this will not help you lose weight. Caloric deficit stacked w/ cardio is thee ONLY way to go my friend
