To be fair the sheru pictures are more accurate for that reason.







But i kinda agree that phil wins side tricep, but thats the only pose i think he wins vs kai and that just slightly because kai's lowerbody is better.

Kai clearly won the FDB, RDB, FLS, ab+thigh and side chest. Phil won the side tri and the MM and RLS are debatable (although I have Kai winning both).

Kai`s leg, chest, mid section and conditioning overwhelm Phil in the side tricep. Thus making Kai the winner.
