sweet progress bruh. Lats look wider, looks like you also added some thinkness and you are alot more defined. Can also see that your bi's have grown a little as well. Keep up the good work.

Just realized that on your routine you are doing more volume than me with one less rest day.
I guess volume is the secret
On dat dere 3 On/1 Off OPTIMAL routine.
Pure ecto. 28" waist, ha. 6'4 wingspan.

They are getting there. I neglected at first but they've made some big gains as well.

Imo back looks about the same, however arms & delts have grown along with appear much leaner.

Haven't heard that yet, I feel as if I've definitely gotten wider, and definite trap and arm growth.
As far as the middle and lower back goes, I definitely see differences.

Middle/lower back appears about the same size in the pictures but with more detail.
The detail comes from being leaner.. but if you strictly dropped fat you'd be smaller along with more detailed.
So I guess it's safe to say you've added lbm.
Looks to me to be more of a body "recomp" than anything.
(I'm in no way knocking you, this is great progress for 6 months, esp. in TBB)
