Incredible progress my friend. Nothing short of it. How did you keep so lean while adding a good amount of muscle? Looks like you definetly follow a decently high volume training routine.

Thanks a lot, Yeah I'm a big advocate of high volume and high frequency training. As far as staying lean and gaining mass I just lifted and ate good.

Spinal erectors got better, delts got bigger, traps got a bit better and you overall added more mass to both your back and arms. Good job Op
finished bulk at 203lbs cutting down to 170lbs now in hope of being 8% body fat
use to be 120lbs 10% body fat of pure unbridled mayhem
AVI is old will update when cut is finished

Good stuff man, same here. Only difference between you and I , is that I do everything 3x a week with high volume(little less volume than you though on Chest/Back). I'm doing like 27 sets of Biceps,27 sets of Triceps a week now. I'm ready to see how the results are ,lawl. =p

Yeah, I normally do 2x a week training 6 days a week if I want to bodybuild. But due to the upcoming semester, I can't spend much time 3 days of the week(On M/W/F), so I can't follow the 3on/1off or 6on/1off. Just doing my lower body workouts for a quick 20-25 min session on those days. Feels bad man.jpeg ....
M - Legs/Calves/Abs
Tue - Chest/Back/Tricep/Bicep/Delts
Wed - Legs/Calves/Abs
Thu - Chest/Back/Tricep/Bicep/Delts
Fri- Legs/Calves/Abs
Sat - Chest/Back/Tricep/Bicep/Delts
Sun - Off
30 sets for Chest , 30 sets for Back, 27 sets for Biceps, 27 sets for Triceps , 18 sets for Deltoids(side+rear combined) , 27 sets for Legs(Quads+Hams combined), 18 sets for Calves per week.
