So much FALSE information floating out there I, The King of Fit, need to clear this up once and for all. To achieve superior aesthetics, it is necessary to do circut compound movement and cardio to get lean BEFORE YOU START BULKING. Do NOT try to bulk if you are not already toned with a low bodyfat percentage. If you try doing so, you will never achieve full potential and there will always be a blanket of FAT around your muscle. GET MEAN AND LEAN BEFORE YOU BULK NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Anyone who says otherwise is a ignorant lunatic and a tryhard.

Lean or dirty, you're building the same amount of muscle. And either way you'll end up lean at the end. There's literally no difference

FALSE. People like you are spreading MISINFORMATION and LIES. To properly add lean rock solid muscle you MUST start with a low fat foundation. You would not build a house on loose sand but rather hard land. Bodybuilding on top of fat will leave pockets of FAT in your muscles. The only way to counter this is to start hitting the stairclimber and other cardio as well as fast pace circut weighttraining BEFORE YOU START BULKING. I AM THE KING OF FIT

You dont know what your talking about PEASENT. I am working on becoming a certified trainer for beginners and teens who are looking to gain muscle and I can tell you for a FACT that someone who goes lean then bulks will be MUCH more defined and stronger than someone who tries to straight bulk. Not only is it counter productive to bulk on top of fat, it makes no sense at all. I AM THE KING OF FIT AND MAXIMUM MUSCLE GAINS

You cant build muscle on top of fat..
Muacles insert on the bones, it's impossible for muscle to be built on top of fat. Literally impossible.~Jesus Christ Is My Savior Crew~
