    Looks good except for the "daFuQ- wednesday". Why not do friday on that day and repeat monday on friday?

    Well da fuq wednesday was because I wanted to include rear delt fys and wanted big arms.
    Is it really going to be much beneficial todo friday on that day and repeat monday on friday??

    I really think you should look into Madcows 5x5 or Starting strenght. Include pullups/chins and dips and I promise your arms will grow like hell.
    Doing military presses, bench and rows will recruite a lot of your arms too...

    Big arms are not made from doing 60 rear delt flys a week.
