    I really like Kai's training mentality.

    "It's not what it looks like across the room but what happens inside your body."

    There are muscles that after 3 years of training I'm still building a mind-muscle connection to, and the latissimus dorsi is one of those. The visualization that he shares in pulling it down is something I will be using in a couple of hours when I hit the gym.

    Less weight, more contraction, build that connection.

    i'm surprised torren hasn't messed his back up yet doing rows and deads like that. within a month of training when i first started i messed my back up with form like that.

    Yeah that was so annoying in the first part watching him round his back and Kai not correcting him, but it was good to see Kai correct him in this series.

    And props to the kid for being a inspiration. So much responsibility and he handles it all with no complaints and a good attitude. Great example.
