My Routine
4x8-12 - Incline Press
4x8-12 - Flat Press
4x10-15 - Flat Flys
Ok, so pretty much every time on my chest day I'd get a good pump after a few sets of my first exercise, then move onto the next compound exercise and the pump gets better/bigger, but as soon as I move to my isolation movement (flys) my pump completely goes, my chest becomes flat and when I tense it, it doesnt seem as hard as it usually is before I even start my full workout and it just makes me feel like **** lol...I do get sore over the next 2 days and I make SLOW strength gains but im thinking could I be slowing down my growth in my chest because it actually is my most lagging muscle, everything else grows faster?
