Hey everyone, the meal plan below is what I did for about 2 months went from 177lbs to 192lbs. Now its time to start cutting for summer. I no I can not go and just destroy my meal plan and cut all my carbs and calories out so I will be doing it slowly week by week reducing both calorie and carb intake. I have done research but now would like some feed back from you guys. I am 5'10.
BULKING MEAL PLAN.
MEAL ONE
- 2 pack oatmeal
- 1 cup egg whites (6-8 egg whites)
- greens (veg intake)
- banana and some rasins.
MEAL TWO
- Weight gainer 1000 calorie 60 protein 120 carb shake
-1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
MEAL THREE
- 8oz Chicken cup and a half white rice
MEAL FOUR
- 1 cup egg whites with cup and a half white rice
MEAL FIVE
(after workout) Weight gainer shake same as MEAL TWO
MEAL 6
-8OZ of any red meat (ground beef or steak usually)
-with potatoes or a cup and a half of rice.
MEAL 7
- 3 whole eggs
-(sometimes cereal try not to though)
So that was my bulking diet now I am going to show you what I think is a good cutting diet. (this is after i slowly slow down my carb/calorie intake)
MEAL ONE
- 1 cup egg whites
- 2 pack oatmeal
-banana raisins and greens.
MEAL TWO
- 2 scoop of whey protein
- 1 tbls of PB
- 1 Flax seed oil
MEAL THREE
- 4oz chicken with 1 cup brown rice
MEAL FOUR
-1 cup egg whites
- 1 piece of break
MEAL FIVE
(After workout) Protein shake
-1 tbls of PB
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil or sesamin seed oil
MEAL SIX
- 4 oz chicken breast
- Pear (if able to)
MEAL SEVEN
- 4-6 oz white fish (usually salmon)
MEAL EIGHT
- If awake snack on a few almonds.
So that is my diet for cutting. Just a couple things sometimes the chicken will be replaced by Turkey and Tuna will probably be used for MEAL 7 every 3rd day. My supplementation that I will be taking with that meal plan would be optiumum butrition gold standasrd 100% whey protein. Muscle tech hydroxycut hardcore elite (fat burner). greens,flax seed oil, olive oil or sesamin seed oil(as mentioned). Last would be my multi vitamins.
Does everything look good above? Especially the fat burner and the rest of my supplements.
