I would eventually like to maybe have a go at a powerlifting meet more for personal satisfaction than to actually compete but obviously don't want to be miles behind everyone. What would be good raw lifts at 210lbs?
I know its about PBs but what would seem like a reasonable performance?

There are always tons of people of all strength levels at a powerlifting meet, that's the beauty of it. You don't have to be an elite lifter to do a meet.
Here's the results in the 220 class from the last meet I did...
Squat Bench Deadlift 287 215 358 320 165 402 413 237 441 369 248 480 496 325 513 612 331 623
Just sign up and do it, good chance you won't be the weakest guy there.Last edited by f0rbidden; 12-27-2012 at 10:45 AM.

500 squat, 330 bench, 550+ DL and you'd be a very competitive raw "amateur" lifter. A guy I train with squats around 530, benches 340, and pulls around 550 at 205, and he got 2nd at our USAPL state meet. The top not amateur guys are going to be squatting 600+, benching 455, and pulling over 700 raw. At 6' you'll need to put on more mass to really be a competitive lifter.
