I'm currently trying to lower my body percent fat to 10%, I know the main thing is to eat right which I will be doing, but i wanted to know if I should do 3 to 4 sets of 10-12 reps with doing either drop sets, force reps, or super sets. I will be doing light cardio for about 15 mins a day. Does anyone else has a better suggestion.
