Apparently he can take any person from a seminar audience and make them Mr Olympia so a genetically poor back shouldnt be a problem.

The DVD is pretty good, very short for the price though! Only about 45 minutes and I paid $37 for the download version

Yea... Kinda disappointed in the length, they could have made it way longer they left out a lot they could have put in I think

awesome. Dunno if I'll buy (still gotta buy Phil's latest DVD, lol), but looks interesting. Definitely felt he should've placed a little higher at the O, but nonetheless I felt the package he brought was great. I also liked hearing him tell it like it is at the Olympia press conference.

Did you get his new blueprint of his diet and everything leading up to the Olympia as advertised on his fb? Maybe that is part of the reason for the inflated cost?

I don't think so? Lol I mean like I said it was pretty vague and short... It would have been a really cool short documentary to sell for around 15 bucks, there just wasn't enough content for the price. I downloaded it, I will go back and see if there is another download for extra footage but I didn't see it last night

It seems like hes trying to market himself like other successful bbers except he isn't that successful...
No hate, but pros like Shawn Ray, Jay and Phil have released tons of dvds that were worth buying because of their high status and great timing when they were made. Ben isnt really having that kind of luck right now. He's lucky to have been featured on generation iron.
