    IF calorie percentage

    Is anyone running different calorie percentages? I just finished cutting and wanna stay lean for summer but I gain weight easy so instead of running 40+ on training days, and maintenance on non training days, I was thinking of running 40+ on training days, and 20- on non training days. Is there any particular reason to stay within that 40% range? Or is 60% ok?

    I don't want to troll, but it is December now, hence, 6months till summer. If you want to bulk now, just choose some slow, lean bulk method and you can burn off any excess fat in May-June

    Lean gains is usually run as follows:

    Extreme weight loss
    Training days = Maintenance
    Non training days = Maintenance -40%

    Body recomposition

    Well, you'd need to work out how much of a weekly surplus you would average, because that is what's going to matter. You could just simplify it and eat a 10% surplus everyday.

    Above is a link to an IF recomp calc, it does offer suggestions as to the percentages you might be looking at as well as helps you to calculate exact numbers.

    As for suggestions I like the 10% daily up for simplicity sakes.
