Is anyone running different calorie percentages? I just finished cutting and wanna stay lean for summer but I gain weight easy so instead of running 40+ on training days, and maintenance on non training days, I was thinking of running 40+ on training days, and 20- on non training days. Is there any particular reason to stay within that 40% range? Or is 60% ok?

What do you mean 40+? A 40% caloric increase?

I live in Australia.
Lean gains is usually run as follows:
Extreme weight loss
Training days = Maintenance
Non training days = Maintenance -40%
Body recomposition
Training days = Maintenance +20%
Non training days = Maintenance -20%
Lean bulk
Training days = Maintenance +40%
Non training days = Maintenance
What I'm thinking about doing
Training days = Maintenance +40%
Non training days = Maintenance -20%Still Cuckin On Four Fours, Wrapped In Four Voes
