Hi There
Im new! Ive been working really hard at the gym and have made amazing progress, however last 5 months ive lost no weight whatsoever but i have toned up and am getting fitter and fitter.
Im getting a new program at gym and going over diet but wanted to see if i should be taking a pre workout and a fat burner to help kick things along (keeping in mind ill still work hard and have a clean diet).
According to this site i need to lose 10 kilos! Geez i was thinking maybe 5...but i did guess my fat percentage...i honestly dont know what it is..
anyway i have looked through forum posts and its wayyyyyyy too much information, Just wondering what all you amazing ladies are taking?
Im after a lean and toned beach bod. Thank you for helping me, I do appreciate it.

Having a "clean diet" doesn't mean anything. You need to figure the amount of calories based on your individual stats/goals.

I agree that 800 calories is too low. I typically consume between 1500-2000 calories a day and have found that if I significantly decrease my intake (below 1400), I will lose weight rapidly at first but then it will be followed by stalled/plateaued progress.
