Prolly not, honestly didn't expect such a zoomed in pic.. farther out would help. You don't look near 10-11% bf tho, so it doesn't seem out of the ordinary.

i check today and i was at 15 percent so i dont know
Op, I going to go ahead and say yes. It seems as if you do have some mild gyno AKA: puffy nips. It's somewhat common. I've got a little puff, too. Cut your body fat down, and it helps. But, I wouldn't call it full blown gyno.... just a little.

Op its probably just fat, dont worry about cutting down at this moment. You should bulk up because youre kind of lacking mass. You can cut down when you have gained enough lean mass.

I'll agree it is gyno, you can see the breast tissue on your right nip poking on on the outer side, similar to mine. I've had gyno my whole life, since I first learned about it around age 12 or so. Over time it seems to reduce though as you go through puberty and lose fat. Nowadays it's such a common problem amongst men that is is hardly an issue anymore. I mean, if you don't know what gyno is (like 99.9% of most people) then it doesn't really matter if you have it or not, they're just nipples

Don't know im still 16 , how am i supposed to explain to my mom? ahah
Ah there's the kicker. Wait a couple years and see if you still have it, it might be a hormonal phase. If you still have it after a couple years then go see a plastic surgeon.
