Here's some progress pics. Doing my 3rd bodybuilding show in June the NPC in Utah. I placed 2nd 2x before so hopefully I can do some damage(Not a teen anymore!)

I started at about 190. Bulked all the way up to 230. I tend to go overboard on my bulk but thats how I've always done it. Feelin heavy and ready to cut down!

Close Grip Bench 225x10-12
Hoping to cut down to the mid 180s or so
