    Lightbulb Red Stress marks

    Does anybody have any tips when you lift weight with shoulder for legs,calves on how to avoid the red stress marks left on shoulders? Thanks

    wear a thermal shirt during those sets, if possible. Sweatshirt would be better unless you get too hot (i would).

    i typically wear a thermal when i do front squats, if not (like today, i wore a t-shirt too damn hot), i'll end up with red bruises on each front delt.

    i wrap a towel around the bar when i do smith machine calf raises if i'm wearing a sleeves at that time.
