    Handstand pushups.

So i can get them easily against the wall (20 or so reps), and i can maintain a steady-ish handstand wall free. (for about 15 seconds or so before it turns into a walking on my hand)

Anyway, anyone know a better way to improve on your balance? obv continuing to do the handstand pushups against the wall, but as far as that goes is there any way to differentiate that?
    Oreos over everything.

I don't think this has much to do with bodybuilding at all. Military pressing would be much more effective. However, I coach gymnastics. Handstands against a wall making sure your back, head, legs, and heels are all flat against the wall is a good way to train it. Also, it just takes a lot of practice in an open space. When you're learning to walk, it takes about a year. Walking on your hands is going to take even longer to learn how to do. It's not natural.
