    Just tried this '5 minute adrenaline workout' and got that RUSH...

    My workouts have kinda been at a plateau lately and I've been looking for something fresh to get that post-workout "high" back. I know I could use my own experience and knowledge to come up with something, but I decided to play wit Google search.

    I tried this too...and i enjoyed it...not so much the popups but it was worth it IMO
