Make the Pro Bowl legit. There will be no staggered bye weeks anymore. Every team will be off the week after week 10 for the Pro Bowl to be played. Teams will be chosen by their respective conference choices. To ensure legitimacy. Since its midsession it will get ratings.

There is nothing that can be done to make the Pro Bowl relevant or interesting.
NBA All Star > NHL Hockey thing > MLB All Star game > Pro Bowl.

The risk of injury in the middle of the season for a useless game is ridiculously high. There is no way this could ever work.
Not to mention the logistics of the last minute super bowl location.

home field advantage doesn't work cause there's a 94% chance it's in neutral territory.
