in order for fat to roughly double protein.. you need to eat roughly the same grams of each..

i just looked up sirloin steak 24g fat 100g protein.. that is hardly a 65/35 ratio... unless you wanna be sucking down oils instead of eating food.. it matters

Just marinade with a tablespoon or two of olive oil after cooking.

You're overthinking things. Don't worry about small (or even quite large) variances in ratios.

I have been getting into ketosis.. for many many weeks now.. even with the high protein.. but im eating. 2 940 calorie steaks daily and not losing weight..

So i am going to switch out a steak for bacon more eggs.. whatever..

    My typical day

    3 eggs non dairy cheese
    2 lbs sirloin steak
    2 tbsp guacamole
    4tbsp peanut butter

So my macros are way off.. but i still get into deep ketosis in 1 day after refeed..

    Does it matter?

Nope. Ketosis (or how deep it is) doesn't matter at all. Neither does a single meal/day.

...or something like this daily. Problem? ;)

Throw some nice bleu cheese (or any cheese really), bearnaise sauce, or garlic butter on top of those steaks and the problem deliciously solves itself. If dairy is an issue, then wrap that b***h up in some bacon.

When do you need to eat food, during keto, thats the same fat/pro content? News to me.
How about: Before you go to bed, complete your ratio.

Changing your meals is so much more fun instead of the same exact meals every single day to meal goals. Plenty of foods throw together without prep will meet macros.
