So i have spent some time watching tutorials and worked out the macros I need for my cut now I just need to put it into action and build a daily diet for me to eat, what is the easiest way for me to do this?
Here is where I am so far:
My current stats: 6’1” ½ 190lbs
Caloric deficit goal: 1900 calories
Macros:
190 grams of protein (1g per lb)
47.5 grams of fat (0.25g per lb)
178 grams of carbs
So as you can see I know the numbers I need to meet but having trouble putting this into a daily diet as alot of foods contain all of protein, fats and carbs so it keeps throwing my numbers off lol.
Any help much appreciated! will rep
thanks

those measly reps haha...
yea try to get around .45g/lb
also you carbs dont need to be a hard number.
just something that you feel you can get enough energy off of.
Some people run better on higher fat diets than Carbs.
I just eat my Protein and Fat minimums and fill the rest in with whatever i was to eat (majorily carbs b/c i have a more intense workout right now, also i play a lot of ultimate frisbee)
just find that balance that works for you while hitting protein and fat minimums while styaing in an energy deficit or surplus (whatever your goal is)Is wine not an essential macro?
