Anyone have any healthy meals that they eat when they're craving fast food like McDonalds?

3% fat turkey burgers or lean beef bugers, burgen bread(or any slow carb digesting/high protein bread) toasted, fried white onions in a little love oil, tomato, lettuce, raw red onion and lowest fat cheese slices you can find.
stir frys - any lean meat or fish chopped in strips, fry it a little in standard olive oil until piratically cooked then add garlic, chilli and ginger fry for a further 30 secs then add really finely chopped spring onions and red peppers and fry for another like 20secs, then add cooked whole wheat, egg noodles, white or brown rice (the brown noodles and rice are better if you want to stay lean) then add sesame seed oil, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar about 1 dessert spoon of each. I dont really worry about quantities I just do it to taste.
