I'm talking about whole, uncaged eggs. From what I've heard, they're good but they have too much fat. Is this true?

But will "I cant believe its butter" be ok instead of pam or oil? I use oil now.. But im wonderingAge:16

Squat: Started: Not sure.. Around 280-320.. Goal: 400..
