    Rate: Eggs on a cut (fried in olive oil)

    I'm talking about whole, uncaged eggs. From what I've heard, they're good but they have too much fat. Is this true?

    100g of whole egg had 10g protein(in the white) 10g fat (in the yoke).
    when im on a cut i scrammble them going for 4 whites to 1 yoke.
    if your gonna fry them your right olive oil is best but it will up the fat slightly

    buy containers of "Egg Beaters" There 99% egg whites and they taste good. fry them on a pan , spray some fat free Pam on the pan before you cook them. for just 1 cup of egg beaters its like 26 grams of protein....no cholestrol...no fat.... and very little calories look for it....

    But will "I cant believe its butter" be ok instead of pam or oil? I use oil now.. But im wondering

    just microwave them in a microwave safe bowl. I crack 3 eggs into a bowl, stir it up, throw in some pepper and a lot of herbs, sometimes a bit of cheese, microwave it, stir it a couple times while its microwaving, and it tastes great, takes like 4 minutes to make.

    if you need to add the extra fat then yeah. teaspoon should be enough or if u have a spray bottle then just a quick spray
