    My BF%? (with pics)

    I'm 6'4 and 220lb. I want to build some muscle and I think I'll go for a bulk and then a cut. I was just wondering what's my bodyfat now? I can check my bodyfat on my treadmill and it says I'm 21.7% but it seems quite a lot imo. what do you guys think?

    Its a lot, might be like max 25% BF, I would go for a cut at first instead of bulk...im 6 foot 5 with a BF less then 10%....

    I don't think your 25%, I would say 15-20%. Its just you don't have much muscle on you thus it makes it harder to distinguish what your bf is. But 25% seems too high

    Everyone over estimates on this website. You are about 15%-20% like this man said, but you need to start lifting more because right now you have no mass to you.

    I feel like everyone underestimates on this site... That being said, he isn't 25%. I would say 17-20. As was said above it's hard to tell. You could bulk or cut really... you're going to need to do both at some point anyway. If you cut now you can bulk longer. If you bulk now you'll have to cut longer... Personally I would bulk first only to also build some decent strength at the same time.

    Do you store a lot of fat in your legs and hips?

    At 6'4" and 220lbs I was expecting more muscle mass than you seem to have. Honestly, 21.7% seems like a decent estimate, but you could be upwards of 25% BF.
