I have been lurking here for a while but I just wanted to say that was an absolutely phenomenal transformation. Your diet seems pretty intense, I am not sure if I would be able to stick with it long term but I would love to give it a try at least.

I am not sure if you posted your routine elsewhere but I couldn't find it in this thread, would you mind sharing it with me? Thanks and another (much belated) congrats bro.

Thanks dude. There have been at least 20 companies that have done that on ******** in just the last couple months. There is one pout there right now that is claiming "6-pack abs in 60 days". It's over 1000 comments of people tearing me apart...I don't even know what the product is.

Haha I've seen so many of those, they're always so obviously frauding the timeline, nice to see they get caught in the act. How many times has this happened with your pics? What ends up happening, they just remove the pic? They should have to pay you a fee for each click they get haha.

Honestly, I have probably let 50 or more just go without even commenting. After reading 1200 comments from one of the first times it was posted, I realized how horrible people could be and it changed how I feel about this place too. I typically ask them to just take it down and I have contacted a lawyer but not because I want to be paid, I just worked really hard to reach that and didn't want it mocked. Try explaining to your mother that sees it on her ******** why there are 1100 people calling her son names and saying horrible things...not easy.

If I could go back...I never ever would have posted it.

It's flattering that they use you because yours is an outstanding transformation, but I can't believe that they'd have the gall to just lift your pics off these pages. The other thing is that you know the hard work you put in to getting where you are now and some scheister is fooling others into thinking you can do that in 12 weeks, and presumably stealing their money.
I suspect that the owner of that site is some fat dude eating burgers all day, sitting on a couch and watching daytime TV
