Thanks bro, thats exactly how i am approaching it this time around. I saw that speech on youtube "How bad do you want to be successful" by hip hop preacher and he pretty much said the same thing. When you want it as bad as you wanna breathe than you will be successful. That made me think about all those times when id get really motivated for something, i would want nothing in this world at "that time" more than to go and do that "thing". This time im pretty much using that psychology to accomplish this. Every time it gets hard and im like "ill take a day off"...then i catch myself and say "are you serious? If you really wanted this, taking a day off wouldn't even be an option when you are not suppose to take a day off" and it puts me back into the swing of things. I feel like its more of a mental battle than anything else at this point.

Thanks for our input, just wanted to see what was your psyche during your transformation.

I have been there several times, bro. One thing that stuck with me was a person in my life became a mentor in a way and while struggling at work he told "luck is where preparation meets opportunity". I realized that "getting lucky" with money or someting like that wasn't truly going to happen or make me happy...I had to dig down and go get it myself. I wish you the best and would like to know how the progress goes.

I'll PM you a few workouts that you can try. One that I really enjoyed using is a Hughes blast workouts...Google it and you should get an idea.

I never got the message about the workouts bro.. I'd like some more insight on what you did as far as lifting goes.. and what did you do for cardio what kind and intensity.. etc..

Impressive transformation man. I'm about your height, but skinnyfat at 145lbs and never lifted seriously a day in my life. Recently picked up a routine and can only hope to get as ripped as you in the same 7 month period.

This was at the early stages but I had cleaned this up diet wise quite a bit at that point.



The best way to lose the handles bro is diet. I hate to say it but for me the were the last things to go and first things to come back.

I don't have specific calories I follow but more of a meal by meal basis. I do HIIT 3 times a week and LISS the rest of the time.

Wow. i am stunned(no homo) but your transformation is amazing and just made me want to work 5x harder than i do now. I am a bit confused on your diet though. Since you were on keto and had 3 non fat days and 1 fat day...how does that work since i thought keto diet is based on eating healthy fatty foods as far as i understand? I am not on keto and just found out about it but really looking at doing it since i've been working out for 3 weeks now and i am not happy with results so far and it is making me less and less motivated but transformations like yours is what keeps me going i'm just not sure i am getting the most out of my workouts. I am on 3 days cardio/3 days weights(2 days upper/1 day lower body) with average 1600-1800 a day and as far as sups i take whey and creatine mono after workout and hydroxycut hardcore before. as well as some fish oil softgels during my meals. But like i said so far i feel like i did gain some muscle and lost maybe a few points but it's not noticeable and very discouraging.

I saw your workout hours and i can go to gym twice a day some days i can do 3. What was your routine for the first few months at least? What kind of cardio did you do? I'm 23 and right now at about 235 lbs about 22-23% bf. I would be happy if i could look like you did when you were on 90 by the end of june.
