Hello ladies and gents,
ive been working out for a year now and i am new to this preworkout thing, and i got great help from taking it, i take it before working out depends on how full my stomach is. But i was thinking maybe if i take half before and the other half of the drink during to keep endurance in the muscle or what do u think is best for max results? (Apart from taking it on an empty stomach before working out cause that's what i do.) Thanks and would lovee to hear your advice.

It's mostly a preference thing. I prefer before because that way it is kicked in by the tome I start my first set but I've noticed all PWO's I've taken wear off before the end of my workout if I take it before. I have a lot of friends who prefer it during so they can maintain the same intensity they started with. I personally don't like taking anything in the middle of a workout because it upsets my stomach

Deadlift-405 lbs -- 184 kg
OH Press-170 lbs -- 77 kg
End of year goal: 185 lbs, 10%
