Hi All,
I've just signed up to the site. Very tentatively dipping my toes into the bodybuilding 'world'. I adore running (don't groan at me!) lol. So hoping to learn a lot from you guys.

Welcome!
I love running too. At least when it's time for us to cut down we will be happy running it off
~Cheers~

If you can balance running with lifting, enough rest and enough food/protein, you should be fine.

Running is great... I've been a runner since before I fell in love with lifting & I just can't give up the running! Welcome to bb.com I'm sorta new to this site as well.

I'm new too... I don't know where to start. I really don't exercise outside of dancing, or my normal day to day walking (which is a lot). I'm not into body building I just want to get my dream body (video vixen :]) and live healthier.

Hi girls! I am new (under this account). Been on/off on BB since 2007, but deleted my old account before... I used to be one of those people who only do cardio and look skinny/fat, but quickly realized how much more FUN it is to lift and for the last 5-6 years, its been one of my favorite hobbies.
