Hello everyone I am an intermittent faster I fast for 18 hours and then have a 6 hour eating window. I have seen people getting some good results from kris gethin daily trainer/all pro workout etc. I have been doing cardio only workouts to lose weight and so far it has been working but I am now looking to start weightlifting and would like some advice on the best beginner weightlifting program to cut down from my body fat now(19%) down to under 10%. Any advice/tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Weight loss is all diet, there is no best lifting program for fat loss.

There's no need to go with a marketed diet plan and you should definitely not pay for anything. You are not Kris Gethin and you have different needs to him.
You should be getting at least; 1g of protein per lb of LBM and 0.4g of fat per lb of LBM. Fill the rest of your calories with any of the three macronutrients. Use a kitchen scale to weigh all of your food out (don't forget to count any liquid calories). Use a program like MyFitnessPal to track everythingR.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.
