Trying to lose weight.. need advice on workout program

Hello everyone I am an intermittent faster I fast for 18 hours and then have a 6 hour eating window. I have seen people getting some good results from kris gethin daily trainer/all pro workout etc. I have been doing cardio only workouts to lose weight and so far it has been working but I am now looking to start weightlifting and would like some advice on the best beginner weightlifting program to cut down from my body fat now(19%) down to under 10%. Any advice/tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

I can personally reccomend AllPros, i am currently 7 weeks into it. Seeing great results. Also cutting and follow IF. The programme is fairly forgiving for those on a cut and impotantly it is uber simple to follow. Good luck

Bench Press, Deadlift, and Squats. As heavy as you can go safely, with minimal rest between sets. Perfect for building a god like foundation.

Weight loss is all diet, there is no best lifting program for fat loss.

True, weight loss is definitely all diet, however, I believe that if you train hard enough without lazing about the gym you can create enough of a caloric deficit to loose weight.

Big, compound lifts will burn more calories, helping the OP to loose weight, in addition to a proper diet of course

Yeah they burn calories but you know what they say, 'you can't out train a bad diet'. Fully agree that compound lifts are the way to go.

As long as your in a caloric deficit, minimizing your carbohydrate intake, and pushing yourself in the gym everytime, then it doesnt matter what specific workout routine you utilize.

There's no need to go with a marketed diet plan and you should definitely not pay for anything. You are not Kris Gethin and you have different needs to him.

You should be getting at least; 1g of protein per lb of LBM and 0.4g of fat per lb of LBM. Fill the rest of your calories with any of the three macronutrients. Use a kitchen scale to weigh all of your food out (don't forget to count any liquid calories). Use a program like MyFitnessPal to track everything
