It's one hell of a ride. There are moments that make you feel one with the slaves' hardship, moments that make you howl with laughter, and most of all moments that make you cheer with righteous joy. I loved it, and I'm sure you guys will too.

The movie attacks ignorant people, not white people. There's an intelligent, morally-responsible white lead character in Christoph Waltz's character who's terrific, and there's an ignorant, reprehensible black character you love to hate in Samuel L. Jackson's character. It's not about race - well, it is, but the movie makes fun of and attacks the ignorant and deplorable people, not just all people of a certain color.

Just saw it. Was f*ckin awesome, had to sit in the second row from the front though, was looking up the whole time switching from one side of the screen to the other just to watch and still enjoyed every minute of it. One of the few movies that actually stays entertaining through almost 3 hours.
